Abstract : The study aimed to identify the self- efficacy and stress of life and its relationship to the emotional intelligence between blind and non-blind students. The researcher used the descriptive, associative, and comparative approach because of its relevance to the nature of the study and its objectives. The researcher conducted the study on a randomly selected sample of 70 non-blind students and 30 blind students from King Abdulaziz University and King Saud University ,during the second semester 1439 AH -2018 AD. The researcher used three psychological measures: The self-efficacy measure (prepared by Schwazar and Jerusalem ),translate ( Amany Abdelmaksood and Sameera Mohammad),and the psychological stress measure, (prepared by Zeinab Mahmoud Shokair), and the measure of emotional intelligence(prepared by Rasha Abdel Fattah) After checking the validity of the instruments using factor analysis and the internal consistency reliability coefficients were also calculated by using the Alpha Kronbach coefficient ,and verifying the validity of the hypotheses, the researcher used the arithmetic means and standard deviations and the T test for two independent samples and pearson correlation coefficient, and Z test. The study showed that sighted students and blinded students had an average level of self-efficiency, and the presence of statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0,05) between the sighted and blinded students on the dimensions of economic pressures, educational pressures, health pressures ,and emotional pressures. And the existence of positive correlation of statistical significance at the level (0.01) between self-efficacy and (self-awareness- regulation of emotion- personal motivation-emotional involvement-the total degree of emotional intelligence). And the existence of a negative correlation between the sense of life stress and emotional intelligence among the sighted students. And the absence of statistically significant differences between sighted and blinded students in the relationship between self-efficacy and emotional intelligence. There were statistically significant differences in the level of (0.05) between the sighted and blinded students in the relationship between the sense of life stress and emotional intelligence in favor of blinded students. The researcher recommends the training of students at the university level on strategies to enable them to cope with psychological pressure and rehabilitation of psychologists and social counselors on the importance of providing support to students, so they enjoy high efficiency and low levels of stress in their daily lives
