Abstract
:
This study aims at identifying Saudi electronic newspapers output on Saudi public readability via monitoring the most effective elements on readability, identifying the relation between the intensity and follow-up of Saudi audience to these newspapers and the achieved output gratifications by that follow-up. This study depended on the media survey method using analytical study sample of Saudi electronic newspapers including (Okaz, Al-Madinah, Al-Riyadh, and Asharq Al-Awsat). It takes three months from 01.08.2018 to 30.10.2018H. The Field study sample consists of (200) individuals of Jeddah population who follow Saudi electronic newspapers by Uses and Gratifications Theory. The findings show and clarify that the different newspapers of the study sample in employing the output elements and how producing it well in terms of Saudi audience readability. This study concludes that there's correlation relation between the respondents follow-up to Saudi electronic newspapers and the readability of this newspapers. There's also a correlation relation between the respondents follow-up intensity to Saudi electronic newspapers and the readability of this newspapers. There are also some differences between the respondents' motivations for using these newspapers as per their preferences and output ways in these newspapers.
