Additionally, the study aimed to reveal statistically significant differences in the responses of the research sample concerning the relationship between investment in intellectual capital and administrative decision-making. These differences may be attributed to demographic variables, such as gender, age, educational qualification, and training courses.
This study relied on the descriptive analytical approach, and the questionnaire was used as a tool for data collection. A sample of 238 leaders was obtained through simple random sampling from the study population of 537.

Furthermore, for the age variable, the category from 31 to 40 years old was in favor, and for the educational qualification variable, the PhD category was in favor.
The researcher recommends continuing to invest intellectual capital in the university through optimal investment in its human, structural, and social foundations, making it an integral part of the university's organizational culture. Additionally, the researcher recommends continuing to actively invest in human capital skills, expertise, and knowledge to ensure outstanding performance and make it an essential competitive advantage for the university. The university should also keep its information systems up-to-date to ensure the flow of information between levels and departments, and to maintain the quality of administrative decisions taken.
